Peak Potential has partnered with The Phoenix House Recovery and Reentry Center to bring substance use treatment services to the city of Lewiston.
Our Substance Use Disorder Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) provides structured, evidence-based treatment for individuals seeking recovery while continuing to live at home and maintain daily responsibilities. Designed for adults struggling with alcohol or drug use, the program offers a supportive and therapeutic environment focused on long-term recovery, relapse prevention, emotional wellness, and personal growth.
Through a combination of group therapy, individual counseling, psychoeducation, and recovery-focused skill building, participants learn to identify triggers, manage cravings, improve coping strategies, and rebuild healthy lifestyles. Curriculum topics may include relapse prevention, emotional regulation, communication skills, trauma awareness, stress management, family dynamics, and recovery planning.
IOP services are ideal for individuals transitioning from higher levels of care or those needing more support than traditional outpatient counseling. Programs are facilitated by experienced clinicians and recovery professionals who provide compassionate, individualized care tailored to each participant’s unique needs and goals.
